Join us for an exclusive preview dinner at Levan, the new opening from the team behind Salon, before it opens to the public for the October edition of Taste Tuesdays.
Influenced by European bistronomy culture, Levan will showcase inventive, seasonal dishes accompanied by a forward-thinking wine list and botanical cocktails. And as fans of Taste Tuesdays, you'll be first through the doors to experience it!
Your evening will kick off at 7pm with a welcome from Head Chef Nicholas Balfe and the team, where you'll enjoy bespoke Belsazar cocktails created by Director Mark Gurney before taking a seat.
Next, you'll be treated to an exclusive first-taste of the 4-course Chef's Menu, including an extra dish of Palourde clams, smoked almond and salsify which has been developed just for us and is available for one night only. Following the finale of an apple tart tatin, digestive cocktails will be served to round off the night.
