Join us for a sizzling paella party on the private terrace Serge et le Phoque hosted by Head Chef Frédéric Peneau
3 courses + snacks and cocktails
Join us for a rooftop paella party at Serge et le Phoque as we head east to Alicante on our Mediterranean flavour journey for the August edition of Taste Tuesdays.
For one night only, Serge et le Phoque will be throwing open their private terrace for a sizzling Spanish fiesta hosted by Head Chef Frédéric Peneau. Under a sun-dappled canopy of cascading passion flowers, you'll sip aperitif cocktails and share starters tapas-style across the table before tucking into the pièce de résistance: a paella del mar overflowing with squid, langoustines, carabineros and monkfish.
As evening descends and the lanterns flicker, you'll savour cherry sabayon desserts and digestive cocktails to close out the night.
The Paella Fiesta:
- Welcome aperitif cocktail
- 3 courses
- Digestive cocktail
Tables and dishes will be sharing style on the night. Unfortunately, we're unable to accommodate any dietary requirements.
There is space for just 40 on the terrace so book your seat at the Fiesta quick to avoid missing out.
Serge et le Phoque is the first international outpost of Frédéric Peneau's Michelin-starred restaurant located in Hong Kong. Born in Alicante, Fred grew up with a French, Basque father and a Spanish mother, who shared with him the secrets of cooking incredible Spanish rice the likes that has never been eaten before in London.
