Here's your chance to see why, as on Tuesday 8 May Head Chef Pascal Aussignac will be personally serving up a 5-course menu of winning Taste dishes and Club Gascon classics that encapsulate the evolution of his Michelin-starred 'temple of Gascon gastronomy'.
Previous winning Taste dishes that will be showcased as part of the menu include the infamous Marmite Royale and sublime Crackling slow-cooked egg the nest with black truffle. The menu includes Don Julio Margarita and Bulleit Old Fashioned cocktails, with accompanying wine pairings available on the night.
