Three culinary pioneers; Executive Chef Nelly Robinson of nel. Restaurant, Head Chef Alastair Waddell and Forager Peter Hardwick of Harvest Newrybar have joined forces in breathtaking style for the Sydney edition of Taste Tuesdays in April.
During the course of the evening, you'll be immersed in the coastline of NSW as you devour four bespoke courses celebrating the beauty of native ingredients, all foraged on the day by the team.
Nelly, Alastair and Peter will all be on hand to answer your burning questions and introduce you to the world of foraging, bookend with a delicious aperitif and digestif to accompany your meal.
Tickets include a welcome aperitif with snacks, a bespoke four-course menu created with New South Wales produce foraged on the day of the event, and specially curated digestif.
